Before any profile is visible to clients, our admin team manually reviews the worker's national ID and live selfie side-by-side. There is no automated shortcut.

How does the KSh 50 unlock work?

Buy a hiring pass in your dashboard and pay with M-PESA STK or Paystack. Each contact you view counts once against your pass while it is active. You can also pay a one-off unlock fee (M-PESA or Paystack) to view a single number for 2 hours.
Can I see a worker's answers before paying?
+
Yes. Every worker's full assessment transcript — all 5 to 10 questions and their actual answers — is visible for free on their profile. You only pay to unlock their phone number when you're ready to contact them.
What if the worker doesn't answer my call?
+
If a worker doesn't respond, you can report this as feedback. The worker's availability status and responsiveness are tracked and factored into their ranking. Workers who are unreliable are pushed down in search results over time.
What is the 4-hour ghost rule?

When you unlock a worker's contact, they are hidden from other clients' search results for 4 hours. This protects the worker from being overwhelmed with calls and gives you the best chance of reaching them first.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

Contact unlock payments (KSh 50) are non-refundable — you are paying for the access, not a guarantee. Refunds on Hiring Assistance deposits (KSh 500) are issued if NADI fails to deliver 3 qualified matches within 48 hours.
Is NADI available outside Nairobi?
